The Challenge: The average American changes jobs every 2 years (on average, according to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics (prior to the economic crisis. Imagine what that will look like in the future!). Every time they do, it puts enormous strain on the spiritual, emotional and physical well-being of the individual, their family and their community. The current economic climate is magnifying this strain to the breaking point. Many of you feel the pull to offer support and guidance during this major life transition, at a time when your resources are at their thinnest.
The Opportunity: Your group has a unique opportunity to reach deep into your community, live out its mission, and help people harness their talents and find meaningful work, faster and easier. Welcome your community at your group once a week with a proven values-based system that works.
With Your Career Connects™, you’ll get a plug-n-play weekly curriculum that is easy to facilitate, inspiring and empowering for your attendees.
Once a week, you will receive your meeting materials for the following week. Our program will help you effortlessly empower and inspire hundreds in your community to discover their gifts, and how they can put those gifts to work in the form of a great new job. - Partner guide: what groups make excellent partners (like workforce centers, local area chambers of commerce among others)
- Behind-the-scenes guide: how to create an online community behind the weekly group that will foster
